Customs Duties & Other Fees
A tariff or duty (the words are used interchangeably) is a tax levied by governments on the value including freight and insurance of imported products. Different tariffs are applied on different products by different countries. National sales and local taxes, and in some instances customs fees, will often be charged in addition to the tariff. The tariff, along with the other assessments, is collected at the time of customs clearance in the foreign port. Tariffs and taxes increase the cost of your product to the foreign buyer and may affect your competitiveness in the market. So knowing what the final cost to your buyer is can help you price your product for that market. In addition, your buyer may ask you to quote an estimate of these costs before making the purchase. This estimate can be made via email or phone.
Returns
How to Return
Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., shoebox), and place it in a shipping box. Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to store — and we will arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail, please call us for special instructions at +30 2510222764. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
Exchanges
You have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please give us a call, chat, or email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. Our shop team is available 24/7 and more than happy to help!
An exchange also requires a return of the original order, so feel free to follow the instructions on how to process a return.
